Meet The Chef

Gracia Gunawan

Its me Gracia Gunawan, a suma-cumlaude bachelor of Law from Universitas Pelita Harapan, Lippo Karawaci, who will be a notary soon, and a proud diploma of cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Art Institute Sydney, Australia.

During my living in Australia, I've worked in 2 of the best fine-dine restaurant and with some of the best chefs in Australia. I'm so blessed that I was able to work together with chefs who are very talented and experienced in what they do.

My first professional kitchen job was at Icebergs Dining Room and Bar. a Two Hats restaurant in Bondi Beach, Sydney. A beautiful restaurant with gorgeous fine Italian food.

My second one was at Circa the Prince. An also Two Hats restaurant in St. Kilda Beach, Melbourne. A fine-dine restaurant with cozy ambience, and of course a superb cuisine from super talented chefs. The head chef, Jake Nicolson, is a winner of 2008 Electrolux Young Chefs. Circa the Prince was the number 7 best fine dine restaurant in Melbourne in 2011.

My journey is still ON, and to be both notary and professional restaurateur with an excellent skill on cooking is my dream :).
